1 Sept 2010 was the first day in TNB new financial year FY2010-2011 & i was asked to attend safety meeting in Kuala Terengganu. At first i was thinking of driving with Afandi on 31st Aug but had to be cancelled due to Afandi brought along his relatives to buy some 'goods' for Eid - must be a lot of 'goods'.
Hence i had to book MAS ticket via internet for the first time (normally i ask the clerk to book flight ticket for me all this while). It turns out good because i got to take the flight which was flown by Capt Azrin (Mamat). What a coincidence indeed - i called mak about my flight to KT, mamat called mak informing her he would be flying the flight to KT, mamat called me & finally we met at the airport. Annoucement on the flight '..i'm Azrin your flight operator along with Capt.....' make me proud of my brother. The landing was good & only managed to wave Mamat at the cockpit once we landed in K. Trg.
Perhaps i will be on the flight again with Mamat as the operator this year onwards...
